Guidelines for Poster Presentation

Poster presentations are scheduled as follows:

- 10 minutes oral presentation

- 5 minutes for discussion

Please, take into account that full-size posters can not be presented. Please use slides or Microsoft PowerPoint presentations instead. In case you use a PowerPoint presentation, a laptop and a TOSHIBA TLP511U digital projector will be available. The software installed supports Microsoft PowerPoint 95, 97 and 2000 versions.

In case you use another software, please submit the presentation before in order to test it in the computer and make the necessary arrangements in time.

Also, take into account the following details:

- Use standard fonts (such as Arial or Times Roman). Non-standard fonts may not be installed in the computer.

- Avoid to link the presentation to external software, as it may not be installed to fit your needs. If you have no alternatives, please send it before with a short description of the presentation in order to test and verify its full performance.
